General conditions

The request for availability (quote) is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Cannavota.

The request for availability on the part of the Farm holiday to the customer, for a period of validity written above, if not confirmed, does not assume commitment by both parties, alternatively the customer must request if the availability is still valid for the period requested by them.

The booking confirmation that Agriturismo Cannavota sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract.

In the event that a deposit is requested, the Customer has the duty to send it within the time frame indicated on the structure so that the booking is definitively confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo Cannavota will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation e-mail.

All reservations must be confirmed by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure.

Quotations

The quotation sent is compiled on the issue of a receipt for a natural person. If it is necessary to issue an invoice for a sole proprietorship or a company, the VAT rate is 10%, so we kindly ask you to provide us with your tax data including the sdi code, in order to issue the invoice.

Terms and conditions

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit or through the data of the credit card on which to make the authorized withdrawal (credit card number, expiration, heading).

In case of payment of the deposit by credit card, the Customer must inform the hotel if the credit card has a different name when booking.

If payment by bank transfer in the reason for payment specify (name and period of stay, if different name from the person specified specify).

Balance of payment of the stay: (check in) upon arrival at the facility.

Discounts and any last minute deals are for stays of the indicated period, additional expenses will be written in the booking contract.

Arrival (Check-in): the rooms and apartments will be available as confirmed by email.

Departure (Check-out): rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Withdrawal

Cancellation and variation conditions: all notices of cancellation or modification of the reservation must be received in writing and reconfirmed by the structure.

Should the epidemiological spread from covid-19 persist on the dates set by you, in the event of cancellation caused by a red code, region restriction or other provided for at a state or regional level, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit sent for to be able to use it again in another period upon availability to be established together. The price may vary from the period of change of stay. For family reasons not related to the restrictions, 40 days before your arrival, the stay may be canceled and we will evaluate each individual case. The voucher can be issued with a health certificate or with the result of the swab or serological test. 10 days before your arrival, the stay will be canceled, again for your reasons, but the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

Cancellation Policies:

THE CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT SENT CONFIRMS THE STAY INDICATED ABOVE. IF THE STAY IS CANCELED BEFORE 20 DAYS. FROM YOUR ARRIVAL FOR PERSONAL REASONS (COVID, WITH THE USL PAD CERTIFICATE, WITH MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OR OTHER REASONS) THE STAY MAY BE POSTPONED BY RELEASING A VOUCHER (NOT RETURN OF MONEY) WITH A NEW DATE TO BE ESTABLISHED TOGETHER PRICE MAY VARY FROM THE PERIOD. LESS THAN 20 DAYS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL IF THE STAY WILL BE CANCELED FOR ANY REASON, THE CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT SENT WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND NOT REFUNDED.

Interruption of Stay

If, for reasons not attributable to us, an interruption of the stay occurs, the amount relating to the balance paid will not be refunded.
In the event of early departure, the full amount for the stay will still be charged.
IN ANY CASE, CHECKS FROM BANK ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
CIRCULAR CHECKS TO FEDELI LORIANO E LUCA SRL ARE ACCEPTED.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the reservation contracts to which the present conditions in which Agriturismo Cannavota is a party, the Court of Grosseto will be exclusively competent.
